Building a webb application allowing for smoother set-up of cultural events, where contracts, payments, crowd funding, taxes, budgeting and tickets are handled directly through the app.
The application is build in MDriven, with integrations to Bolagesvärket, to BankID and multiple banks.
Being one of 2 only developers at this start up I was in daily close contact with the founders to continously adapt and reevalute where we were heading, as well as gather requirements and need for further development. I translated these demands into user stories and divided them up into tasks. I prioritised the work ahead, developed the features and was then reposinble for testing them. I took on all the roles of a larger team: project coordinator, product owner, developer and tester.
We released new features to production every week.

Continuous development and upkeep of Perrigo's internally developed bespoke digital tools and extended PLM-system. It mainly consists of OCL development in MDriven - a low code model driven framework, but also C#, xaml, and SQL.
The development team works in Scrum-ish, with sprints of approximately 4 weeks ending with a release of the newly developed features.
Part of the job is also to help develop the business; as a Business Systems Developer, I work closely with the different departments to develop effective and digital workflows and shape the system to fit their needs.
I have successfully developed a tool to map out and analyze the recyclability of all packaging components used and sold worldwide but also built a price increase tool, taking in previous years' data such as prices, margins, and quantities sold, in order to make projections for future price increase of different articles on various markets.
Successfully restructured the way of working of the whole packaging team, streamlining the administrative work allowing for re-use of base components with different applied prints and artworks, in order to eliminate repetitive work and reuse existing data.
