Assignment Details

Responsibilities



- Team will consist of 1 network admin and this role will report directly to the VP of IT

- Use remote monitoring & support software to support local team and 1 remote office

- Troubleshoot any problem to identify the root cause while communicating the problem identified verbally to assist the end user. Create notes that are clear and concise while explaining these technical issues to the non-technical users.

- This role may be involved with recent software upgrades managed by the Network Admin

- As the point of contact to the customer, you will ensure the user is communicated to often and they know what is happening.

- Special projects will be required in addition to normal activities.


Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Customer service experience
  • O365, Exchange, Windows 10 and Active Directory experience

 

Skills

 

  • Deskside support experience
  • Ticketing experience
