Christian is the product owner with a burning interest of connecting the
application to the reality within the organization and constantly having both the
end user and the companies interest in mind when leading the product forward.
He’s also one of the natural servent leaders who doesn’t hesitate to dig in where
he can and always do the little bit of extra for the team he works in.
Outside his work he always got something to do with friends, family or coworkers.
Traveling is on of his pashion and you can call him somewhat of a true globetrotter.
One of his hidden talents is that he’s a master of catching waves in the ocean
standing on his board while kite surfing.

Christian had the immense pleasure get the role as a product owner and taking Sampensions new customer login solution from half-baked to launch-worthy MVP a year later, followed by several years of improving and expanding the solution as well as having the operational responsibility. He can proudly say that among its peers it is the highest rated app in both app stores (Apple & Google).
The role Christian played in this team was to get everything synchronized within the team and get everybody to stirve towards the same goal and deliver an application, which is also hinted about above with its rating, with an extraordinary quality and something that actually makes a difference. Taking something from an early MVP state to a final and apricated solution was extreamly knowledge tempering and really mde Christian to the product owner he is today. Working with a small and agile team where everybody needs to help eachother really takes the leadership to the next level and keeping the deliveries in a rapid pace takes both trust and understanding.
2017-04 - 2018-12
Christian joined the Copenhagen based, digital innovation unit at the very beginning as the second hire, and have helped establish our product development processes and work methods. The team experimented with different ways of designing, developing and testing solutions – and throughout this experimentation we worked with multiple agencies, freelancers, AR & neural network experts, remotely located developer teams and internal application experts to name a few. Christians responsibilities have progressed from managing smaller projects of supportive or time limited nature to being Product Owner of two customer facing solutions.
The first project was presented to Christian as a rough idea from two Danfoss application experts, and from there he led the project through an iterative building process to the successful launch of the solution as well as continued post-launch development and growth. Danfoss had not used in-app feedback tools prior to Christians utilization of it for this solution, and he believes the strong focus on gathering user feedback is one of the main drivers of the success of this project.
The second project was presented to the team as a customer problem and industry challenge. It has since gone through opportunity identification, ideation and concept validation – and is now being built. The solution revolves around IoT and introduces af brand new business model for Danfoss. The project is characterised by having a software as well as a hardware component and involves many stakeholders..
2015-08 - 2017-04
This is where Chiristian found his calling and inner drive. Approximately 25 talented, driven people gathered in one building with one goal: Build the best digital, automated, investment solution in Denmark.
And do it as fast as possible.
The team consisted of backend and frontend developers, CX and UI designers, lawyers, wealth management professionals and project managers. The diversity of the team is the biggest he ever experienced and completely fell in love with it. One of his most important responsibilities was to ensure that all of them worked together in the most effective manner possible. This included creating a favorable physical and mental environment, setting up tools and driving processes as well as removing road blocks as quickly as possible.
The culture they cultivated and the progress they created is one of the most rewarding experiences I've ever had.

This was a follow up from his next assignment at Danske bank that blasted up this amazing start up as a kick starter going from Danske Bank --> MobileLife --> Strategy & Business Development for Christian.
2014-01 - 2015-08
Christian came in at Dankse Bank within the Personal Banking Finance area which is within the Performance Management. The team he came into here had the purpose to provide performance measurement and insight to support the financial performance and strategic direction of Personal Banking to the Danske Bank Group.
My responsibilities included 7 quarterly performance review meetings (one for every market), the business planning process, as well as ad hoc strategic projects and analyses.
The Graduate Programme combined with my own efforts made it possible to do rotations in other departments. These 10-week rotations offered a unique opportunity to gain new knowledge and perspectives as well as effectively expand my network within the bank. I visited two departments and was offered a permanent position at the latter:

He also had a time sitting as a procurement consultant towards the Group Procurement within Category Management IT dealing with Software & Consultancy Procurement
