Experienced, driven entrepreneur, CEO and Country Manager with more the 20 years of commercial experience in management, sales,
technical engineering, sourcing and supply chain in steel plates/
tubes and engineered OEM components like castings, forgings,
weldings, CNC machined parts for the Scandinavian and German
industry.
In 2008 I to the step to move from Copenhagen, Denmark to Stockholm, Sweden where I started as Entrepreneur and cofounder of company Global Supplier Stockholm AB to sell engineered OEM
components (castings, forgings, welding, CNC machining, stamping and plastics) to the Scandinavian manufacturing industry.
Global Supplier Stockholm AB was founded in the period of global
financial crisis in 2008, but with very hard work and dedication I build
up a very successful and profitable company wthere could present a
yearly growth rate over +40%.
Start of 2018 the company was acquired of a big Dutch industrial
group, @ELCEE BV.
After the acquisition I have contuine as CEO and Country manager for the Swedish and Finnish operations.
I have Lived & worked in both China and Germany with the steel
trade industry, and have many year of experience in travelling and sourcing from China, eastern Europe, Turkey and India.
My good language skills in Chinese have help me to open doors for
new business opportunities in China and also easier overcome the cultural barriers when managing teams in China.

I always manage a company and department through strong
leadership, motivation, passion, loyalty and through the philosophy:

them out of their comfort zone."
I have a passion for sales, business development and marketing.

After the acquisition of Global Supplier Group in January of 2018, I stayed
onboard ELCEE AB as CEO and Country manager for the operation in Sweden, Finland and Baltic countries, an hade the responsibilities for develop and implement of strategies and sales for the whole operation and lead.
My main responsibilities was:
- Responsible for managing all operations within the region. Responsibility for
profit, revenue, cash, KPI's and quality targets for the operation with a yearly
revenue > 11 M EUR and 20 employees.
- Plan and direct all financial sale activities including planning and implementing forecast.
- Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on
variances to ELCEE HQ in Dordrecht, Holland
- Negotiate, shape and agree sales contracts/agreements with key customers
- Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team
- Recruitment, continual training, monitoring and development and coaching of all 20 members of the sales and supply chain team.
- Attending industry events and conferences at ELCEE HQ in Holland to generate new business leads
- Contribute to develop our business relation with our suppliers and ELCEE's
Group branch offices in China and India.
- Maintain full project awareness and develop sales funnel report.

-Sweden went from an one-man business establishment to a successful
business to growing min +40% YoY and also being a awarded with the certificate from DI Gasell
-Building up a successive team and organization in Sweden and Finland
- Implementing a NEW Quality and Environmental management system ISO
9001:2015 and 14001:2015.
The new QMS was a keystone to structural, coordinate and improved the organisations activities to meet our clients growing requirement and still keep a
strong double digit growth YoY.
-Responsible for establish, manage and monitor a flexible and dynamic Supply
Chain and sourcing organisation in China. My good skill in Chinese language and culture, help to building up a very successful team there function as a
dynamic engine.
-Key responsible for Engineering projects (Weldments into castings).
