Summary
Hi! Arta here, I have a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and
Management from Linköping University. One of my academic years was spent
in California as an exchange student, where I also learned how to surf. After
graduation, I have spent the last years in different analytical roles within
supply chain development.
Main areas of expertise are stock optimization and supply chain management.
Besides being an engineer and a logistics geek, I am a fan of basketball and a
huge quiz enthusiast. I will soon take part in a tv-show and have participated
in 'Vem vet mest'. I am also a big sister to four siblings which takes up a
significant time of my spare time as well.
I work best in an environment where I can feel stimulated and challenged, be
creative, take responsibility and have the freedom to take own initiatives.
My biggest strengths would be my ability to learn fast and balancing numbers
with people. Being both analytical and communicative is one of the main
reasons I have been promoted so many times during my career so far.
My previous managers often highlight my ability to handle large amounts of
data and be quick to analyze this information and present the findings and
conclusions in a creative and easily accessible way. During my first year at
ABB, I was enrolled in their talent program for young talents, where I won the
Dragon's Den Challenge.
