I am specialized in Finance, with a background from auditing. I also hold a degree in Computer Science. My
focus changed from auditing to IT, because I got the responsibility to implement a CRM System, with the
responsibility to ensure our business requirements were implemented correct.

As 24 years old I had my first leader position, when I replaced a CFO for one of our customers.

For 4 years I evaluated and implemented optimization and digitalization of administrative tasks. Should we
use cLean®, current IT, new Technology or should we just stop executing the task or do it different. I created
an internal course about it in Novo Nordisk, where you can learn how to digitalize.

My last position was as IT Business Partner with the responsibility of our HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing
systems. Main focus was the SAP application.
