Assignment Details
Key tasks will include liaison with business units for user support, data and information provision (via SSRS), trouble shooting, testing and upgrades to corporate applications.
The successful applicant must have strong communication skills, be highly customer service focused and have the ability to relate to all levels of staff with varying levels of computer literacy.
Experience With The Following is Essential:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- SharePoint
- SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Advanced SQL query writing abilities
- Web Services (IIS)
- Programming skills in one or more of the following: .NET VB/VC, PowerShell, or VBA
- Service Desk 2nd and 3rd level support
Experience With The Following is Desirable:
- Power BI/Phocas
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Aged Care Core Applications - Residential and Community
- Epicor ERP
- Business and Functional Requirement Specification Writing
Current experience in a similar support role, where success in applying practical analytical skills to key projects and operations can be demonstrated, is also crucial.
