Offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Change Manager to join a successful Financial company in Dublin. This position will involve managing a programme and delivering the business vision. Ideally the candidate will have experience in leading programmes of Change & Business transformation and have worked with senior stakeholders. Initially 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering the change management strategy with a clear vision of the overall project plan
- Monitoring all aspects of the business changes
- Delivering the operational business strategy to a project timeline required
Requirements:
- Experience delivering Organizational Change remotely
- Strong knowledge with technology programmes
- Strong knowledge on Agile methodologies, IT lifecycle et
- Project Management qualification is desired e.g. Prince2
