Senior Project Manager with core competences in facilitating IT and business projects across a variety of international organizations - including strong related competences in processes, changes, analysis and people management.
On her recent assignment in Ørsted, the consultant was the Product Owner and Application manager of several Documentation and QHSE applications within Business Applications. This included management of a Scrum Team in Malaysia ensuring service operations, testing, patching, LCM activities, vendor management as well as project management to on board new applications.
Formerly, the consultant managed 12 project workstreams in Carlsberg Group in a large program in Carlsberg Group related to a change and transition program within Information Security & Access Management. This included follow-ups, stakeholder management and coordination of activities to ensure progress.
Previously the consultant has managed a large project in Maersk Oil as well as several projects in IBM in the Nordic Sales Operations. Thus process and project experience with international sales models and management of teams across countries and cultures.
Other working areas includes stakeholder management, team leadership, remote management, vendor management, process optimization, process documentation, compliance, audits, coordination, project planning, program management, service delivery management and service operations.
