Customer Implementation Specialist Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate join a global team and be the central point of contact for customer implementation projects.
You will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the customer and coordinating internal teams dependent on these needs.
What’s involved:
- Proactively coordinate projects
- Communicate with customers and guide them through the process
- Ensure administrative and technical requirements are fulfilled
What you need:
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Good technical knowledge
- Experience working with API’s
- Demonstrable project management knowledge
- Some level of payments industry understanding
