Assignment Details
For a client in Denmark, we are currently seeking a Bioinformatic Data Engineer to join a dynamic team tasked with constructing a database equipped with an API. This database will facilitate the aggregation of experimental data from R&D providers worldwide, making it readily accessible to scientists.
The data will be housed within AWS infrastructure, and we anticipate it will encompass a variety of assay and data types, including but not limited to qPCR, FACS, imaging, and omics data.
Location: Copenhagen
Workload: 100%
Start: ASAP or 11.03.2024
Duration: 6 months + the possibility for extension
Language: English
Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:
- Data Engineering experience
- Experience with Bioinformatics
- Experience with AWS database and API tooling
