• Accomplishments: o Implementing new processes and metrics to optimize resource utilization.
o Introducing external partner resources for an improved capacity balance.
o Building and implementing a new simpler pricing model for the Education Services Team to meet Customer requests and drive higher revenue. Increased revenue with 35% in FY19.
o Enforcing new time reporting metrics for 130 resources across multiple business units, and implementing new performance metrics.
• Primary focus on optimizing resource allocations by working closely with Sales, project teams and Resource Schedulers. Have optimized the scheduling process to increase margins and reduce travel cost; implemented rescheduling and cancellation policies; introduced a new account alignment, and revised deliverables.
• Mentoring and coaching consultants and business managers in relations to new hires, deliverables and Customer engagements.
• Successfully set up a new collaboration with a business partner to utilize external resources to better balance demand and supply.

• Built a Resource Management division from scratch in Denmark with 45 consultants and 25 partners. Full responsibility for Resource Management with 1-2 administrative assistants.
