Assortment: Due to local legislation some products can't be sold online in some markets. Responsible for compiling a negative list of products that can't be sold.
Tech: Build country-specific webshops. Align with local preference for payments. Integrations and secure local shipment provider(-s).
Marketing: Secure (launch critical) local marketing attributes and align launch with Marketing and local agencies in the different FCT markets.
Local Management team: Inform and secure alignment with the local management team (Managing Director, Marketing Director, Sales Director and Legal).
