At Handelsbanken I support global digital projects and teams with knowledge and insights about user experience design. My existing challenges are among others to work with customer on-boarding in United Kingdom. And with new global security solutions that will streamline the identification processes around the world.

As a member of the UX team we develop and implements new ways of working. For example design thinking and Lean UX. We also develop and maintain Handelsbanken's design system, a hub for developing and communicating Handelsbanken's brand, visual language, UX and technical standards in our digital meeting points. It is a living design system, constantly evolving through continuous improvement within and across teams.

Expressen's goal is to be the bravest digital development department in Sweden. We worked with the latest technology to make the products high performing in the new media landscape using an agile development process with Lean UX and MVPs to streamline time to market. As a UX Designer I worked with the brand expressen.se and Expressen magazine on desktop, mobile and tablets. My responsibilities ranged from producing various features to designing new services.

With Expressen 2.5 million visitors a day, I had the opportunity to test ideas and design versions directly with the users and get clear results to relate to through user surveys and A/B tests.

In addition I assisted Expressen in their recruitment process.
