• Developed plan, handover documentation materials, & handover process materials specific to size and scope of location
• Created a maturity model plan for KCS growth in the organization to improve the customer experience when working with the global support
• Created the structure for a project that had been experiencing paralysis for a year to get started and set up for repeatable success. After piloting and rolling out the handover in two locations, left the program for execution with a more junior PM.

• Led the development of a 3.5 million Euro business case for a Labelling and artwork management program, consisting of 4 projects spanning over 7 functions with sometimes conflicting KPIs, on time and unanimously approved by all relevant functions. This work included detailed alignment on system architecture design
• Worked closely with cross functional business and IT leaders to develop PMO methodologies to standardize the way of working with technology related projects especially related to demand management and roadmap design
• Initiated and scoped a project to establish master data management for SAP while working with the data governance board to determine how to establish data governance company wide

• As the leader of the largest team on the programme, was a driving force to the overall programme management for planning, activity scoping, risk management, quality checking and compliance adherence
• Joined project when it was failing testing and was paralyzed for future cluster planning. Delivered a plan to the programme manager to turn the situation around. This plan enabled us to get on the path to success for the roll out and establish a center of excellence for the live environment users
• Drove the clean up over 200 RFCs with varying degrees of information & unstructured categorization. In one month, we had a standardized and clean list of requirements with business and project ownership, a plan for workshops to design solutions, and a budgeted and approved improvement project with a clear scope

• Managed a team responsible for driving organizational change related to SAP development, including establishing a training strategy and execution method for SAP related activities globally
• Established a global community of system owners and super users with a Sharepoint driven collaboration forum and regular knowledge sharing events
