2021-04 - Present
* Integrate SAP ERP and EWM systems, implement Workflows for Purchase Requests (SAP MM) and for inventory difference management (IM and EWM).
* Solved problems in price conditions for Camanchaca.
* Train staff in self-management and SCRUM (Agile Methodologies).
* Incorporated another consulting company as a client to provide level 1 and 2 support in SAP Workflows issues, increasing my contribution of income from the company.
* Integrated SAP and MRP Servigistic in Komatsu Japan, achieving the selection and transmission of information in less than 10 minutes from 2 million records of material movements, purchase orders, parts information, suppliers, interchangeability of materials.
* Created a monitor for used equipment that allows the tracking of equipment that will be sold to other companies, achieving traceability of these equipment from the beginning of its cancellation process until the final sale.
* Implemented the printing of ZEBRA printer labels in packing list (WM), facilitating the work of warehouse operators by achieving automated printing.
* Developed interfaces for radio frequencies in SAP for picking and receiving deliveries on Android-based devices.

* Applied Data Science to an epidemiological study and cognitive impairment follow-up protocol, both published in the journal Alzheimer's & Dementia, both of which contribute to the determination of risk factors for functional impairment. The GERO project today helps designing public health policies to prevent diseases related to aging.
* Reviewed a multimodal corpus in an internship in France, presented at the Interspeech 2018 conference. Presenting the results of the review to researchers in English. The corpus establishes that there is a correlation between speech, head movements and related hands in spontaneous speech.
2013-11 - 2016-02
* SAP Consultant, Agilist, Manager and Co-Founder.
* Trained colleagues and collaborators in the administration and implementation of SAP Workflows, getting in the long term three highly trained consultants who continue to provide services in this area in their respective companies.
* Defined a level 2 and 3 support service based on SAP Workflows that I offered to other consultants, giving presence and secure income in LATAM (airlines) for two years.
* Has part of the support service, I had to typify problems and answers. Elaborated a script with about 30 different frequently asked questions, reducing the time to answer each request from 15 minutes to 2 minutes or less per each ticket.
* In LATAM and DERCO (automotive), had to do quality checks for developments searching for performance and security risk. I documented more than 50 recurring problems that have served as a guide for the IT department, which has had to plan corrective measures.
* Exploited business opportunities in companies such as Komatsu, Entel (TELCO), Walmart and LATAM (airlines), generating around 20 projects in total giving stability to the company for two years.
* Cultivated the work team using emotional intelligence, managing to maintain the motivation and loyalty of each employee, improving the time-to-market by at least 50 percent.
2009-09 - 2013-10
* Managed several projects since its inception, managing costs and planning, supervising between 2 to 15 collaborators in each one.
* Negotiated long-term agreements with new clients such as Komatsu, ACSA and CGE, achieving for example a four-year relationship with Komatsu becoming, together with ENTEL, our main client.
* Built a consolidated, loyal, and committed work team, managing to update several projects that other consultants abandoned, leaving the consultancy as one of the best evaluated providers in Entel.
