The Role
In this high energy role you'll maintain servers, and IT Infrastructure across a variety of locations. Here you will have a wide range of roles from Level 1 to Level 3, you will be responsible for responding to all escalated issues from the service desk. The role requires someone who has had experience administrating all Windows servers including O365, AD and Exchange. As well as this you will be proficient in building virtual machines using VMware. While your technical abilities will be sound, you will also need to posses the personality to communicate with vendors and upper management.
Your Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years experience as an IT Administrator
- You will have experience in Administrating Active Directory and O365.
- You will have experience with Administrating Skype for Business.
- You will have experience with building Virtual Machines.
- You will have experience migrating systems from on premise to cloud.
- You will have experience in monitoring Firewalls
- Strong communication skills to convey complex IT to a broad range of business partners.
- Excellent collaborative skills - a true team member.
