My true passions are automation, efficient operations,efficient and proper cloud designs in Azure. Why manually update and install services on large-scale Linux infrastructures when you can handle everything through an IT-Management system like Ansible+Terraform, or run everything on slim container hosts or IoT edge devices depending on your current platform locations. The same goes for deploying new systems, clouds, physical or virtual, on Hypervisors like KVM, Openstack, or VMware with the help of Terraform. If you do it often enough, automate and optimize your workflow! Optimizing workflow also requires one more big thing; Auditing! System auditing in larger, and even smaller Companies is crucial to ensure that all data that might be important in troubleshooting, is saved and made available to Administrators. These might be a mix of different products like; Splunk, Elasticsearch, Gitlab in combination with Ansible and Terraform, and last but not least IDS systems.
