• Ørsted Wind Power was having a number of local solutions for Risk Management control solutions, and to consolidate these solutions they were going for a common solution initial for Ørsted Wind Power, but with the wider scope that the solution would be for all Ørsted departments.
• Jim's role was as Project Architect to ensure the inclusion of non functional requirements in the tender material, and to ensure that the functional requirements were covering both Wind Power and the other departments need as much as possible.
• Jim's role also included being part of the review and selection process of the bid's received from the tender material, and to finalize the contract (K2) with the selected Vendor.

• Copenhagen municipality move to new SAP S4/HANA platform from an Oracle platform. All interfaces that was delivering to the Oracle platform was to deliver to SAP instead.
• Jim's role was to work as coordinator between the delivering business and the receiving SAP implementation team.
• The interfaces were loadet by KMD who also was hosting the solution, so all development was performed by KMD, Jim was creating the mapping document between the Business delivered structure and the 'standard' KMD receiving structures.

• Copenhagen Airport was implementing a Mobile solution that needed integration to SAP PM.
• Jim was responsible for designing a solution could integration with the mobile solution and at the same time also was able to support other non-mobile systems at Copenhagen Airport.
• The solution was developed by use of SAP event management and change pointers, where SAP PI via ABAP Proxy programming:
◦ received data from SAP and mapped data to subscribed receivers and the mobile solution.

• Nordic Sugar wanted to allow non-SAP users to create and maintain different SAP data external to SAP, but also wanted the input of data to have some form of validation.
• Jim was designing a solution based on SAP Interactive forms for Material Maser, Customer Master, Vendor Master, Bank data and profit/cost centers, a solution where the forms were having the ability to be sent between users and SAP and where the forms in SAP was opening/closing for different part of the forms depending on the next user.
• Because Nordic Sugar not allowed SAP workflow to be used, the solution was built with a customizable frontend allowing the user to maintain the approval flow, and the receiver(s) of forms.

• LM was doing a SAP implementation and wanted the existing price and rebate values created in SAP.
• Jim's role was to create mapping rule for the 30 million prices and rebates in the external system to the pricing model defined in SAP.
• The price handling in the external system was very different from what SAP was using, so the mapping task was really to give as much of the old functionality as possible but at the same time ensure that what could be changed to SAP std was changed.

• Jim was helping Arla to move from XI 2.0 to XI 3.0, this including conversion of XSLT mappings from XI 2.0 to XI 3.0 graphical mappings.
• Jim was developing the interface for milk settlement with Arla, there were two interfaces GPO(General purpose output) and GPI(General purpose input). The interfaces were developed so the posting process was to a large extent driven by a user maintained table, allowing changes to be made in posting without having to change the program code.

Jim Andreasen has been working with SAP since 1995 in roles such as SAP Master Data Governance expert, Basis consultant, technical project lead, Data Migration team lead, Integration team lead and mobile implementation lead.
Jim Andreasen was working for SAP Denmark for 8 years and during these years he established a large network within SAP Denmark and customers using SAP. After his employment at SAP Jim Andreasen has been working as SAP Senior Consultant with leading Danish consulting companies, working on project covering all technical areas of SAP project work.
Jim Andreasen has also as a technical architect been adviser on system landscape design and transport management in the SAP implementations, this including the rules for approvals and transportations, and the documentation requirements. The definition of rules also included handling of fallback routines, handling og emergency transports and inclusion of other systems as SAP PO/PI and web servers.
Jim Andreasen have deep experience with SAP MD Governance, working with SAP MDM (Master Data Management). He has extensive experience from both domestic and international projects working as Master Data Governance Expert, a role where the responsibility for the Master Data objects were held by the Master Data experts, including identifying the objects, mapping the objects between systems, establishing ownership and documentation of the objects, and ensuring the delivery, test and security regarding the individual objects.
