Lead the greatest development effort in Quinyx history which aimed at building a new workforce management app (using React/Javascript and Java Rest APIs) serving millions to replace company’s flash based legacy app with a very ambitious deadline. Grew the team from 10 to 30+ fast, passionate, caring, cooperative, goal oriented, value driven, quality aware, agile, transparent, extremely happy and growing people across Sweden and Serbia which delivered a very powerful workforce management solution in just 2 years. Shaping product vision, culture and ways of working, team formations, goals and execution strategies, hiring, training, experience design, architecting, writing and reading a lot of frontend code to deliver with high quality with an extreme pace, testing, monitoring are among the many activities carried as a part of holding 2 roles.

Lead web development in AdTech towards greater experiences for people supported by a modern, high performance, modular, extendable, well tested, monitored and tracked front end architecture with React, Redux, Webpack, Jest, Enzyme with ES6 love. That includes app design and development within a team, organization wide architecture and tool building, hiring, mentoring, cross team collaboration and loads of laughing.

Composed and told the story of VIA GO through a landing page as a result of winning an idea competition and having a free week to take the idea to production. Been a part of everything around it: Ideation, team formation and leadership, design, development (React/Redux and Node), branding, copywriting, conversion tracking and many more.
Crafted and introduced a tech stack for an isomorphic (universal) responsive video entertainment web app utilising many libs and technologies such as React, Redux, Babel, ES6, Webpack, Sass, Bootstrap, Express, Node, Mocha, Nightwatch. Architected, developed, heavily participated in experience design of the app.

Co-founded Actigate (actigate.com) which is an online business intelligence service.
Generated new ideas and established vision to create a service which both delivers value and is lovely to experience.
