- Develop an IT strategy for the Harding group
- Coordinate all IT activities for Harding group
- Implement IT strategy, create action plans for IT operations and development
of the company
- Prepare a draft of IT operating budget and investment budget. Develop
project plans and create investment application for new investments.
- Create and maintain plans for operation and maintenance of all IT systems,
on both hardware and software
- Create and maintain plans for training in corporate IT technology, including its
business areas
- Create and maintain best practices for corporate information security
- Perform internal audits for verification to ensure that all Harding entities
operate according to the approved IT privacy policy, plans and systems.
Create annual plans and track non-conformities
- Maintain a service portfolio for all services offered
- Implement Information & Communication Technology (ICT) training
- Participate in all projects for the implementation of new IT solutions in Harding group
