The data store is populated using ETL processes (SSIS) each night. A tabular (SSAS) model is built each morning (for each area) and the reports run directly on the models.
I am responsible for the production of ETL, the models and reports in the mentioned areas.

The goal of this project was to prepare a self-service platform for the internal users to create analytic reports and queries. The reports with business-defined alerts were supposed to trigger the issues which made the external customers unsatisfied. The customer scores and information about the telephone calls were in real time and extracted from generated log files. The data used in the reports was partly memory-based to increase the performance and access time.
