Summary
Tobias is a knowledgeable and dedicated software engineer who is very
passionate about technology and it's role in augmenting human
achievement. With solid experience as team leader, system developer and

project delivered reporting tools for the Norwegian TSO and provided a
solution for the industry as such. This included infrastructure, validation,
QA, control and statistics for the TSO and the Industry. The project
delivered agreed quality on time.
My role as Scrum Master and full stack developer focuses on team and stakeholder collaboration, system design, implementation and quality
assurance.
The project methodology is Scrum with daily stand-ups, sprint demos and regular project retrospectives. Our team continuously have to efficiently
interact with other teams as well as multiple external stakeholders in a
very dynamic environment with high demands on data integrity,
reliability, security and enterprise standards.

an electronic marketplace constituting a purchasing service for small and medium sized companies. Partly, a product portal for all of Lessmore's
contract suppliers was developed and their products and services where
represented. Additionally a CRM system for campaign management,
customer statistics and related information was developed for the specific
needs of the client. Tobias role was to speak with requirement specifiers,
perform analysis, model data and implement these.
