Assignment Details

Nuuday need a MS PPM 365 consultant for demo & potentially longer term engagement for design/implementation & rollout.

 

As we have in the process of deciding on a PPM tool for the PMO, we would like to engage a consultant, that can help us get a clear understanding of the possibilities and functionalities of MS PPM 365. We have some people on the team with extensive knowledge, however, several team members with vey high-level/limited knowledge of what the tool can do – and it would be great to get them up to speed asap.

 

Therefore, Nuuday are reaching out to you, for help in finding a consultant that can help us. Time is of the essence, and we need someone as soon as possible – ideally to start beginning of next week 😊

 

Requirements for the consultant:

Extensive experience with MS Project Portfolio Management (PPM) 365

 

Short term:

Can provide a demo of the overall tool and modules, such as:

  • Portfolio management
  • Workflows
  • Reports
  • Scheduling
  • Resource management
  • Cost management
  • Deep dive / priority is on reporting functionalities, and portfolio management
  • Q&A based on Nuuday use cases, fx:
  • how does the PPM link to MS Projects
  • can we integrate / report on tasks/projects in Jira (note: we are using the data center/server version)?

 

Potentially longer term: (1-3 months)

The initial/short term ask is for information and best practices setting up and using the tool – however, we soon need more support in

  • design
  • implementation
  • setting up workflows
  • and more extensive reporting

We are choosing MS PPM 365 as our preferred PMO tool, and due to very short internal deadlines, we are looking to start with a MVP version (such as portfolio overview of project plans for the 12-15 biggest/most important projects and high level reporting). But very soon we will continue to build and roll out the tool to a broader audience, including extensive reporting/dashboards. Therefore, we will need to engage a consultant with technical knowledge of the tool.
