Organisational Diagnostic- Danish listed global luxury lifestyle retailer
Structured diagnostic based on interview with the executive team and regional leaders to identify the critical
changes required to deliver the change strategy. After identifying and generating consensus about the problem to be solved, implementation could be managed by adjusting and augmenting strategic HR elements.

Leadership team alignment and post-merger integration - Danish listed regional energy company
Designed and facilitated a number of workshops to guide the new regional B2B leadership team to a shared
understanding of the key changes required to succeed with the new strategy. Post detailed design each key
change was allocated to two country managers who managed the implementation.

Salesforce implementation - Danish listed global shipping & logistics company
Change Manager for a team of consultants and employees deploying Salesforce to 10.000+ employees based across the world. Key focus was addressing the behavioural change requirements, training needs analysis,
training content development, training scheduling, training deployment and reinforcement

HR-process redesign - Danish global listed life science company
Used service design methods to engage and ensure collaboration between regional and corporate HR
organisation when redesigning critical HR processes. As change lead for the life science sector my main role was
scoping, senior stakeholder management and guidance of the project delivery team.

Business turnaround - Danish listed telecommunications company
Redesign and implementation of a new transformation team. Organisational diagnostic & design including
facilitation of a number of CxO workshops to align the leadership team around the new ways of working.
Implementation of initial cost (FTE) reduction and later a new agile organisation with innovation capabilities.

Global Simplification and SAP deployment - global listed energy company
Supported the implantation of a simplified business model by designing and deploying a standard organisation in almost 50 countries with 90.000 corporate employees and 800.000 staff. Integration with SAP was achieved
by mapping SAP transactions to process activities and mapping process activities to standard jobs that guided the local organisational setup including, staffing, training and system access. This included building global & local
teams, talent and shared method to enable a transition from consultants to a permanent internal function.

Regional Merger - global listed energy company
Change Manager for the creation of a Nordic cluster based on Country organisations in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Main focus was on the new nordic leadership team, governance model, communication, HR-
transformation and consolidation of shared business functions including cost (FTE) reduction due to synergies.
