Riassunto
My passion is building innovative products in a customer centric way. I enjoy
working with analysis, strategy and especially producing POC’s and design early in
the project. I’m energized by working with a passionate team that aim to deliver
the best solutions possible.
I always strive to cut waste and do the right thing and always with the endcustomer
in mind. This accounts both technically, but also in terms of governance
and procedures. Wherever I look, I always try to look for optimisations. I strive to
constantly learn and develop myself to expand my knowledge in different business
areas.
I have a business background but have worked with and within IT for all my
professional career, primarily in the financial sector.
I have a proven track record in establishing teams and transforming existing teams
to run in an agile manner, both near- and off shore. I have primarily been working
as a Team lead, Scrum Master or Project Manager.
As a person, I have always been considered an individual with a high positive
energy that transmit to the team. This I have found to increase the output of the
team, and the social aspect as well.
