Summary
I am an IT Professional whose computer hobby became a fulfilling job. I have been achieving solid
skills, both technical and managerial, working in complex and dynamic companies.
In the years, I have been able to strengthen my executive and planning abilities in composite and diverse
IT environments, with both high availability needs and high security demand for protecting sensible data. In last
years, I held IT Manager responsibilities achieving great outcomes in team management and technical planning,
maintenance and development of state of the art enterprise systems.
My scientific forma mentis - achieved during university years - has been making me able to get new
skills quickly and systematically, to afford pragmatically any new challenge and to improve my problem
solving and teaching talent.

GestionedellaSpesaFarmaceutica- Expense Management of regional pharmacies(annualincome: 6 M Euro) - supply of management, monitoring and business analytic services to Regione Lombardia's
ASST and Regione Campania's ASL: I have been taking an active part in the implementation, maintenance and development of its custom vertical system based on Web technologies and Multitier model.
I conceived, designed, implemented and supervised the evolution of FarmaImaging service (annual
income: about 6 M Euro): a Web centralized system aimed to assist "Gestione della Spesa Farmaceutica". It gives search, visualization and administrative functionalities to manage more than 800 M
images and related metadata of SSN prescriptions and equivalent documents. Previously, images and data were separated and decentralized, images were saved on CDs and/or DVDs.
I recovered and completed "CoSidra" Project: a turnkey supply - HW, SW and consulting - of a management system for Consorzi Sovra Comunali (Municipal Consortia). Always using the Multitier
model, the provided custom Web system was realized to administer the billing cycle of water supply, water
purification service and TARSU.
Carta Regionale dei Servizi (CRS) - Lecco's Municipal services. I designed and implemented System
Integrated HW and SW services of some municipal applications.
I organized and sometimes led IT courses for professionals or end users.
