As CEO of Dacsa my role included the ultimate responsibility for corporate results, customer accounts, product ownership, personnel and development projects. The role also included operational responsibilities for the product and the projects and I have been hands-on involved in all phases of the development cycle with the overall responsibility for collecting and analyzing business needs and requirements and translating these into solution and functional design and then to architectural and technical design. I was also the project manager for all projects, including off-shore teams in USA, India and Ukraine.
