The successful candidate will be troubleshooting both hardware and software issues and escalating to Level 2.

 

Role

  • 3+ years in a Deskside/Technical support role
  • Experience with MS Server Installation and Administration
  • Experience with O365 configuration and deployment
  • Knowledge of Windows Server
  • Experience with Windows 7/8/10, Active Directory & Virtualisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
