Graphic Design Specialist Level 3

Job Summary:

The Collaborative and Visual Design Services Team is seeking a graphic designer with superior web and digital design skills to support a variety of creative projects such as:

•  Microsoft SharePoint Online websites
• Digital Interactive PDF's
•  Infographics and Icons
•  Creative digital communications (banners, flyers, and more)
•  Some Video and Print possible

Responsibilities:

•  Outstanding skills in design, composition, typography, iconography, and color theory
• Understands modern web technologies, HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Creative and independent problem solving
•  Intermediate to advanced use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Acrobat Pro)
•  Understand and apply corporate branding guidelines
• Up to date on current web trends and UI controls for organization and simplification of complex information
• Understanding of user experience best practices for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
•  Proficient researcher, ability to plan/strategize, create sitemaps, wireframes, prototyping, and visual design
•  Intermediate experience with Content Management Systems
• Ability to follow and execute under direction within stated deadlines and quick turnarounds when necessary
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally on multiple projects
•  Eagle-eye attention to detail
• Comfortable using Windows 10, and Microsoft O365 Applications such as Teams, Planner and OneNote)
• Can learn and adapt quickly to new software or technologies
• HTML/CSS Coding Skills
• Perform User Experience research and present findings and recommendation
• Experience creating and editing video and using video software?
