The Person is responsible for the clients Global Information Services (GIS) delivery and maintains projects in HPM.Primary delivery is planning and coordination of design, configuration and testing Planon modules to be implemented and integration to SAP. Training and change management will also need to be carried out for end users of the PMFS module.

The Group is in the process of setting up its Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) as defined in the Real Estate Framework securing the value of real estate assets, regular review of occupancy costs and profitable real estate transactions. In addition the client is also implementing Asset and Maintenance Management (AMM) with the focus to manage the long-term maintenance plans for the client. By doing so the client wants to optimize their related processes and become more efficient.

Required skills:
Project Management, Communication, Stakeholder Management, Change Management in relation to ways of working and system roll-out, Translating IT requirements and aspects into business language, process mapping, resource planning and management, Knowledge in SaaS implementations with integrations.

Preferred skills:
Real Estate and Facility Management, Knowledge of SAP, Knowledge in data migration, Husqvarna IT organisation.
