Tribe Tech Lead for 12 squads plus supporting functions consisting of approximately 160 co-workers cross three countries Latvia, Norway and Sweden. (Handling assets of 1.9 bil eur). Focus was on closing down legacy systems and transition the customer engagements into Waypoint and at the same time secure the system for the future.
