I am empathetic, flexible, and committed. I maintain a good overview under pressure with logical thinking, and at the same time resolute in situations where it is required. I am analytical and thrive in a busy and challenging everyday life.

As a person, I adapt to customer culture easy. I am use too work in large and small organizations, this with agile approaches such as SCRUM framework, supporting ITIL processes.
My highest motivation comes within people, with people focus, this is an important value of mine.
