Synsam subscription is a new unique offer and since launch 2016 more than 100 000 customers have signed up. I was responsible for the business development and operations of the Subscription solution used by the +400 stores in four countries to sell subscriptions with the overall target to facilitate increased sales and reduce churn - keeping stores and end customer satisfied 1. Design of processes and routines for end to end flow focusing on the customer journey and a 100 % digital customer experience 2. Responsible for launce of new functionality and launch of concept in new countries together with internal and external parties 3. Managing contracts with suppliers including budget and staffing forecast. Daily scrum meeting with involved leads from each team (in total about 15 consultants involved in the development) 4. Escalation point for operational issues from stores and other internal departments Senior Project Manager • Project manager, part of PMO, with responsibility for driving two of the large strategic projects within Synsam's transformation journey, 1) Dynamics 365/AX Project 2) Supply Chain Management 1. Dynamics 365 for Operations Project. Was hired to drive the D365 implementation with the scope to replace old AX2009 solution and four different POS solutions with D365 including Cloud POS, creating a modern platform for efficient operations.
