Résumé

Magnus has 22 years' professional experience, of which about 15 years involve leading positions in roles such as
business technologist, cloud strategist, program manager, project manager and technical project manager in
Management Consulting, Finance domain, Telecom industry and Datacom industry. Latest Magnus was in a
management consulting director role with responsibility for setting up a subscription-based business unit to be
used together with a planned Insight as a Service (IaaS) platform. Before that Magnus was in a position as Cloud
Strategist at a bank group, where he was responsible for moving the business operations to using cloud computing
technologies, related processes, ways of working and organizational structures. Focus was on creating and
maintaining a 3-5-year cloud strategy, maintaining related cloud implementation plan and having program
management responsibility for the tactical year change initiatives linked to the strategy.

Magnus has an engineering background, B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on
Telecommunications from Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH), and he used to work as System Engineer in the IP
(Internet Protocol) domain at Nokia Networks for 7 years before he took on different leadership roles, in which he
has worked not only at Nokia but also at Infinera, Qamcom, Marginalen Bank and Bintess during in total 1 5 years.

Presales, technical solution sales and service sales has also been part of Magnus work as well as service business
development, IT strategy creation and company business plan content contribution. Magnus is well acquainted with
both waterfall as well as agile project management methodologies.

Magnus has vast technical experience from mobile packet data communication systems and was part of making the
1stofficial mobile packet data call in Sweden and Scandinavia on the 28thof April 2000. He also has extensive early
experience from working with Machine-to-Machine communication (M2M), Telematics, Internet of Things (IoT) and
IP Telephony related techniques and projects.
