Job description:
- The project is a renewal of the workflow for creating labels attached on our products for all brands within the group. The renewal consists of building a system which supports the agreed workflow and where it is important that the user can add and get access to needed data in an efficient and logic way which fits users worldwide.
- You will be part of our team in Stockholm and the delivery work is done by our offshore partner.
- We work in an agile environment, with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework methodology) as framework.

Your daily work will have a varying content:
• You will actively participate throughout the development process from ideas and needs to delivery and follow-up.
• You will work closely together with requirement analysts to capture the requirements for securing the user experience.
• You will do everything from leading and facilitating UX workshops and meetings to creating user flows, wireframes and mockups, and also valuating that all new features are used and gives business value.
• To succeed, you need to understand both human behavior and technical possibilities and limitations.
• You are not a solo artist, but a part of a team that works prestigeless and achieves success together.
• You like all parts of the process and understand what is needed to achieve good results.
• Your strongest driver is to understand the needs of the users and the business. For you, design is more than color and shape. You love to design interfaces that really helps the user in their daily work

Required skills:
• At least 3 years of working actively with User Experience
• Used to work structured with user stories to translate these into relevant sketches.
• Have experience with workshop facilitation and design studios
• Good skills in prototyping and wireframing
• Good sense of graphic design in applications
• Used to agile development methodology and to work "close to development”
• Knowledge of Lean UX
• Have experience working with A / B tests, user tests and user interviews, effect mapping

Preferred skills:
• Experience of large scale agile frameworks (SAFe)

Tools
• Prototype tools such as Axure and Balsamic

Additional
• You are flexible and prestigeless with good social skills
• You have the ability to communicate about problems and solutions
• You enjoy working in teams but can still work independently within the framework of a project
• You are comfortable to work and write in English
