Technical Recruiter

We are actively looking for a Talent Representative to join our team and support us in everything  from talent sourcing and screening, to interviewing and hiring great employees!
 

You Will:

• Build strong relationships with UX/UI Designers, Visual Designers, Graphic Designers, Marketers, Front-end Developers, Copywriters and similar creatives
• Use various sourcing methods (CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals) to identify the best candidates for open requests
• Attend networking and educational events to further your reach within our industry
• Collaborate with Account Managers to solve client’s staffing challenges
• Help our clients find the best creative, marketing, and digital talent in Chicago

You Have:

• Comfort working with the gray and adapting to an ever-changing environment
• The ability to be a tenacious business person who loves solving challenges for clients
• Natural collaboration skills and are a team-player with integrity, empathy, and grit
• Effective networking skills, are unforgettable on the phone or in-person, and the ability to build new and established professional relationships in and out of the office
• 2+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced marketing, creative, digital, or recruiting environment
