Sr. UX/UI Web Developer

As an ideal candidate, you have an analytical mind with a strong understanding of many/most of today's enterprise identity management systems. You will work with the various leaders and colleagues within our organization to further develop our Automation Toolset.

Our Automation Toolset is a web-based suite of IT-centric tools running within an IIS Environment.  It has recently been re-developed using Visual Studio 2019 and leverages Microsoft's .Net framework.  The demand for modifications and enhancements continues to grow at a rapid pace. 

The toolset currently interacts with the following technologies. 

• Active Directory (On-premise and Azure)
• Workday
• Microsoft O365 including (Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive)
• IBM - Big Fix
• Service Now
• Okta
• Coupa
• Amazon Web Services
• SCCM
• Box
• Cisco ASAs (VPN)
• IBM MaaS360 (Mobile Device Management)

What this job involves:

• Utilization of Visual Studio current versions
• Developing a user interface for our IT technical staff focusing on the technical user's experience
• Within the development, focusing upon a simple and yet effective presentation allowing the technical users to traverse pages with a minimum number of clicks quickly
• Logically organizing each web page to optimize technical user efficiency while assisting business users
• Presenting significant data to the technical user while minimizing the need to scroll through many pages
• Building and executing test models
• Webpage development using secure and sustainable methodologies and practices
• Troubleshooting and debugging the toolset
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Working with all relevant stakeholders to design and plan future enhancements
• Demonstrate expertise is presenting solutions in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

• Five years' experience developing tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT personnel
• 10+ years' experience with IT
• Experience developing web pages based wholly upon HTML5 and CSS/CSS3 within an ASP.Net framework
• Knowledge of Active Directory on-premise and Azure
• Knowledge of Office 365, including messaging, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Experience, knowledge, and understanding of IT security
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Science,
