Job description:
We are looking for someone to work with process management within large scale software development operations. Your main tasks will be to define and implement the following:
- organize and govern process management
- drive process development
- secure organizational memory including process documentation structure and tools
- secure process adherence
- drive process alignment
We are looking for someone who is eager to try out new ideas and based on solid experience thinks big and new, with good social skills. We believe it to be necessary to have previous experience from large scale software development environments, to be able to understand our customers situation and improve processes. If your previous experience is as a developer, tester, scrum master or other - is not of importance.
