Senior Business Analyst - Sydney

About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for driving high-level analysis and strategic advice to support IT project decision making, planning and delivery across a business and IT portfolio.

You will be the link between business and IT units to ensure that both business and user requirements are understood and articulated for correct solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Conducting detailed investigations, analysis and evaluation of both function and non-functional requirements.
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits to consolidate into formal business case and submit for consideration to be reviewed by stakeholders and customers.
• Driving improvements in the internal processes of the organization with varying levels of technical and process maturity.
• Developing and maintain relationships and communications with stakeholders, meeting the challenges with confidence, and dealing with conflicting and/or competing agendas of stakeholders.

To be considered you will have the following skills/experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years' of experience working as a Business Analyst within a large enterprise environment, working across various business and IT related projects.
• Demonstrated experience in SDLC, BABOK and UML.
• Extensive experience in conducting UAT at a high level.
