Robotic Process Automation Functional Lead

Job Summary:
Seeking a Technical / Functional Lead with a focus on RPA to join a world class team and support a global organization. Design, Develop and Architect experience desired, along with certifications in any of the RPA platforms. Experience in leading cross functional, multi geo teams and applying best practices a must!



Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of RPA Automation Anywhere (preferable) experience
- Prior experience with troubleshooting and correcting RPA related technical issues.
- Must have experience writing Solution Design Documents.
- Able to lead cross functional, distributed teams.
- RPA Delivery experience in order to drive, lead, and own responsibility for work stream execution.
- VBA knowledge as a requirement for coding standards.
- Strong technical background and hands on development experience in .NET or Java/J2EE Technologies
- Advanced developer certification in any leading RPA platforms such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.
- Apply Automation Anywhere best practices and Business Process Management (BPM) industry standards to assist with end to end implementation.
- Design and architect the product/solution, translating customer requirements into functional specs and scalable detailed designs in line with enterprise architecture strategy.
- Consult with clients and partners to provide functional and technical expertise in areas including, solution design, project management, business process improvement and risk identification/mitigation.
- Develop and document configuration of best practices.
- Oversee various responsibilities of project initiatives until the project is delivered and deployed successfully.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with the ability to develop and manage concurrent projects
- Communicates clearly, both written and verbally, with internal and external business partners or clients.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.
- Deep knowledge of industry leading automation products capabilities and technical requirements.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in developing and implementing RPA enabled-technology solutions based on business requirements and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations
- Demonstrated project management experience in Agile (Scrum), project planning, execution, risk management, and resource management.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Process Automation architectures with solid technical expertise and superb troubleshooting skills across the full spectrum of RPA technologies.
- Good to have MetaBots experience and configuring dll.
- Work alongside Production Support to complete enhancements, regression testing, updates and troubleshoot errors.
