Consultant Task – Data Migration Lead/Technical Project Manager, Copenhagen

For an enterprise client we are looking for a Data Migration Lead/Technical Project Manager who will be a part of the DTP Data Migration team. The main goal for the team is to both horizontally and vertically, across the entire scope of DTP and associated teams, drive the coordination of any data migration. This includes the technical efforts in the teams to have these develop proper technical solutions for any data migration that is needed. Furthermore, the team will be responsible for coordination of said data migrations, including tests, and ensure that all stakeholders are involved and informed.

Daily tasks will be:

- Coordination of backlogs and resources across the various involved teams in the remit of data migration efforts, being both technical agreements, scheduling, and estimations of effort.
- Drive PO prioritisation for data migration purposes
- Schedule and drive end to end data migration execution and dryruns
- Elicit resource requirements for efforts, as to assist in proper resource requests via the PO/team community at large
- Keep an overview of needed data migrations, stakeholders, status and issues in this regard
- Supervision: Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. May be informal team leader coordinating the work of others.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:

- Experienced in project management and coordinating efforts across multiple teams
- Background in working with data migration efforts or similar data focused work
- Must be able to set fundamental framework and ways of working for the data migration efforts in the DTP program
- Senior - 5-10 years of relevant work experience
