Christian has extensive experience in leading tech development in several industries. In recent years he has successfully worked building products that customers love within a tech startup, marketing department and traditional IT. In his role as Tech Manager & Product Lead, he has been responsible for leading software development teams that decreased time-to-market for data services four times using the latest microservice and agile architectures. Responsible for formulating requirements based on impact mapping as well as building and optimizing a value-driven backlog based on the latest cloud architecture. This included building a long-term roadmap for digital services and implementing the latest technology.
