• Project management of the strategic retail procurement & negotiation of a new ERP contract (SAP) and supporting infrastructure (project estimated a DKK 1 bn). The role included leading internal process engineering and development as the Strategic sourcing of IT was newly establish within Coop.
• Track lead of the Data Subject & Data Breach track as part of the Coop GDPR program (P18) - Coop critical compliance program, successfully achieving the legal deadline of 25 of May 2018.
• Project management of new remote desktop solution (Thin clients and RF access control). Project had a large degree of behavioural change management to achieve the desired compliance targets.
• Project management of large-scale network (LAN) refresh project covering 1300 retails shop. Project critical for execution of the new ERP solution.
