I have extensive experience in SAP, including S4 Hana, R3 and SB1. Throughout my career, I have worked as a consultant specializing in various modules, with particular expertise in SD. Currently I'm working as a Project Manager SAP.
My skills include planning, priorization, task delegation, risk management and effective communication. Nov-19 / Mar-21: I helped this company improve their data integration and control by implementing SB1. As their industry is also apparel and footwear, we included the AFS module to meet their specific needs.
In addition to defining work methodologies for functional aspects of projects, I also did so for management aspects. This included the implementation of Jira for gap management, organization of folders, and standardized documents for each stage of the project, among others.
Participated in pre-sale meetings, estimated time, prepared the Gantt chart, created, and communicated KPIs to the business, defined priorities, allocated resources and provided deviation reports and risk detection. Managed the Cut Over, user test and training plan.
When more than one project was running in parallel, I fulfilled the role of Program Manager.
I was the Corporit's representative at SAP and Seidor committee meetings (SB1 partner in Argentina).
Team: 5 functional consultants (two of which with PM tasks depending on the number of projects in parallel), 3 full-time programmers and 3 freelancers, 1 freelance basis.
