Led a team of UX/UI to work with LG in South Korea continuously. Conducted user research, translated that into E-commerce and online shopping User Experience designs as well as final delivery with a heavy focus on Project Management ● Established new self-organising scrum teams by training them on agile fundamentals and coaching the team for sustaining changes introduced through hiring and mentoring junior/mid-level staff through PDP and coaching sessions.

● Product lifecycle creation and planning, while leading a team remotely and on-site for EA's Esports and Battlefield Premium Program. Backlog management and setting the vision and the goal for the product.
● Battlefield Premium sold over 2 million subscriptions during the first year Oversaw team developers' progress on game features using Scrum to keep project on track. My main KPI for tracking improvements to the project and reach business objectives was Burndown and Velocity chart.
