I have been working as a project manager for approx. 10 years with experience within project management, sales and service.

My strongest skills are that I am very structured, a strong communicator, solid coordinator, a skilled planner, strong IT knowledge, very experienced regarding budgets and finally experienced in test management and IT security. I can handle different types of projects and assignments, which I did at DSB, Coop and LEO Pharma as an IT project manager. Moreover, I am very good at communicating on all levels as this has been a requirement on all projects I have been involved with. I am used to deal with all stakeholders and manage it from A-Z and making sure that all stakeholders are always informed and involved. Furthermore, I am very good at taking decisions and making sure that whatever we have decided is understood and implemented according to the new changes. Decisions that require instant action and analysis is also something I am very good which was very important for the programmes I was involved with at LEO Pharma, Coop and DSB.

I have done several global rollouts at Dell, LEO Pharma and DSB. There were a lot of changes and many stakeholders that had to be informed and constantly involved because the roll outs had an important impact on their business. The roll outs were carefully planned and executed to final detail. It was a very demanding job because there were many things to keep in check along with making sure that everything went according to time, cost, plan, testing and IT security protocols, and that it meets all the expectations. Roll outs are heavy to maneuver and therefore it requires solid planning down to the smallest detail and ensuring that things have been tested in order to keep the roll out as smooth as possible.

In the past decade I have done a lot of general readiness and approving preparations for consultants but also for other vendors and externals. Financials, Invoicing and invoice approval, staffing plans, minutes, PO requesting and reviewing, project manager report, Sharepoint maintenance, test management, security assessments, testing, creating test cases and UATs, project manager deck, GIT report and follow ups for responsible resource, project manager Meetings, Programme Meetings and 1-on-1 meetings, Vendor Management and being part of the operational steering group where both internal, externals and from LOB where involved.

I believe a project manager must act as a role model that never stress and that takes responsibility all the time, especially when things are becoming very difficult by showing how it is done and by leading with example by handling everything with common sense and making sure everyone is involved and that they are performing every day.
Project management is in my blood and it is a great motivation for me ever since day 1.

Born on the 20th November 1985 in Beirut, Lebanon. Came to Denmark when I was 5 years old. I am married and have two kids, 1 boy which is 3 years old and a daughter which is 7 years old. We live in Hellerup and have lived here since 2011.
