Geoinfo is the Danish distributor of Esri software - the world's leader in GIS (Geographical Information Systems). I worked on a number of smaller (<500 hrs), and several large projects for the Danish Roads directorate (Vejdirektoratet), the Danish Geodata agency (Geodatastyrelsen) and the Danish Defense force (Forsvaret). One of the larger, completed project was the following: Geodatastyrelsen - replacement of software to produce Nautical maps for Denmark, the Faroe Islands the the Danish Arctic region This was the first implementation of ArcGIS Maritime extension in Europe, replacing the Caris platform. Due to the required perfect quality for such maps and the maturity of the software involved, this was a very challenging project that took about 3 years and 15.000 man hours to complete. I took over the project after the previous project manager experienced a burnout due to stress, at a point in time where the acceptance test had failed, the project was already 1 year delayed, and tension levels were high.
2019-08 - 2020-04
Royal Friesland Campina (25.000 employees) - implementation of Salesforce CPQ This was the first successful implementation of Salesforce CPQ in the Benelux region, aiming to improve and standardize the quote-to-cash flow for sales reps across the world. Friesland Campina is the third largest manufacturer of dairy products in the world with a vast global network of distributors and partners. A complex pricing waterfall including freight cost calculation, numerous discounts/surcharges and a Bill of Materials analysis was configured in Salesforce CPQ as part of this project.
Responsibilities: ● daily management of the team (8 persons) based in Ireland, Poland, the Netherlands, Portugal and Denmark ● scrum master ● reporting ● testing Results: ● first successful implementation of Salesforce CPQ in the Benelux, delivered within time and budget Teva France (40.000 employees) - advisory role Teva is one of the world's top manufacturers of pharmaceutical Over-the-Counter (OTC) drugs.
Its French branche was in the process of establishing a web shop based on Episerver. I provided advice on the project management aspects, specifically around integrations with numerous external systems.
Responsibilities: ● advisory role on how to plan and manage the project, delivered in French, onsite in Paris ● reporting Dawn Foods Poland (4.000 employees) - implementation of Salesforce B2B commerce US-based Dawn Foods recently acquired a Polish company called Agart, and set out to establish a B2B portal for Agart and its customers, doubling as a foundation for future roll outs across Europe. Dawn Foods is a manufacturer of artisanal bakery products.

2015-03 - 2018-05
/ Ingenico (7.500 employees) - implementation of Omada IDM Ingenico is a payment solution provider that delivers payment terminals and services across the world. This project was used by Omada to introduce a SaaS version of the IDM platform, in cooperation with a Polish SaaS/DevOps team.
Responsibilities: ● daily project management tasks (team of 10 persons) ● business analysis ● pioneer Omada's first SaaS implementation ● about 30 integrations to external systems ● hold introductory courses in IAM ● reporting Results: ● I left Omada before the project was completed, but at the point the customer was positive SEB Bank (15.000 employees) - implementation of Omada IDM with 250 integrations SEB Bank is Sweden's largest bank. They were in the process of replacing their aging IDM solution, which was at that point integrated to over 250 systems ranging from archaic mainframes to modern cloud-based applications. All these integrations needed to be rewritten entirely. With a short timeline and high visibility, this was a daunting project.
Responsibilities: ● agile project management for a team (12 persons), comprised of Omada employees, a Swedish partner, and customer resources ● business analysis ● reporting Results: ● project completed within time and budget National Bank of Denmark (500 employees) - implementation of Omada IDM The National Bank of Denmark supervises all banking operations in the country. Naturally, security is extremely tight, so a modern IAM solution was implemented under the watchful eyes of internal security and advisors from several major financial consultancy companies.
Responsibilities: ● daily project management ● business analysis ● complex stakeholder management ● reporting Results: ● project completed within time and budget MT Højgaard (4000 employees) - implementation of Omada IDM MT Højgaard develops, constructs and refurbishes buildings. After a failed IDM project, they decided to try again, this time by implementing Omada IDM.
Responsibilities: ● daily project management of a team consisting of Omada employees and a partner ● business analysis Results: ● project not completed (it was finally aborted 2 years after I left Omada) Pensam (400 employees) - implementation of Omada IDM Pensam is a provider of pensions and other financial services. This was a basic implementation of Omada IDM, executed by a partner.
Responsibilities: ● coaching of the partner's project manager (incl. project planning) Results: ● project completed by partner SBAB (500 employees) - implementation of Omada IDM SBAB is a Swedish mortgage bank. This was a basic implementation of Omada IDM, though one of the first with an emphasis on identity governance rather than the traditional automated provisioning of accounts.
Responsibilities: ● daily project management tasks (team of 5 persons) ● reporting Results: ● project completed successfully Novo Nordisk (40.000 employees) - advisory services Novo Nordisk is the world's leading manufacturer of diabetes medication. To better prepare for external audits, they hired Omada to advise them on improving their internal IT security.
Responsibilities: ● conducting workshops and interviews with plant managers and operators to discover vulnerabilities in the IT landscape ● participating in internal IT audits ● site inspections ● reporting Results: ● project completed
