In 2014, Cerdo Bankpartner had a new owner and a new business decision was taken by the board; Reconstruct the business and convert the existing customers to new delivery's and systems. As a site manager I was responsible for executing the company's liquidation, including converting of remaining customers, shutting down systems, cancellation of suppliers and monitoring of existing supplies. Business agreements belong to my everyday life as well as changing-programs for the employees. The work required close relationships with decision makers at the customers and suppliers. The work demanded a regular communication, strong management model, risk management and an agile method of working.

This included recruitment, processess (according to ITIL), telephone and CRM systems.
This resulted in more efficient processes for all service areas with 30% higher customer satisfaction first year and 5% lower supplier costs. I had a personel responsibility for approximately 60 employees. In the role i drifted work for implementation of ITIL for 150 employees and set up new processes for all customers.
