Description:
As part of the DIANA project we need a new Azure setup. We need a variety of setup of cloud services and DevOps along with establishing a governance model for the use of Azure. 

- Complete new build-up of our Azure platform including setting up hybrid network with integration between on-prem AD and Azure AD.
-Setup our data lake.
-Establish build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps.
-Setup an effective cost management for the use on Azure. 
-Establish the right level of cloud security.

* Extensive knowledge and proven record of setting up new organizations in Azure including DevOps.
* Experience with building hybrid networks
* Experience establishing Azure governance in relation to platform, resources, and processes
* Azure AD integration
* Cost management and cost design of cloud services
* Design and implementation of modern application architecture designed for cloud
* Design and implementation of Azure Data Lake and advanced analytics
* Creating build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
* Cloud security experience
